Treating a yard for ticks?

I'm setting up a polling system where users can vote once an hour. I'm using the code setcookie("voted", "1", time()+3600) to set a cookie for one hour. Everything seemed to be fine until I tested the page on an old PC where the time has sped up over time. The PC is at least an hour fast, and the cookie would never set. After searching online, I found some solutions online talking about server time as opposed to browser time. When I changed the clock to the correct time, the cookie sets perfectly. I also tested this out on my Mac with the same results in 3 different browsers. Will this be a problem for users in different time zones? If so, how can I fix this issue? Thanks.

Cervix pain?

Has anyone ever had slight cramps round cervix area a few days after ovulation. I had them Thursday and friday but none today. At one point it even felt like period cramp for half a minute. My cervix was low for the last two days so I thought that the cramps may be from it moving up and down. Why is my GE side-by-side refrigerator getting warm in the frig part but the freezer still is very cold?

Hi there.... I have a side-by-side refrigerator and the freezer works great but the frig part doesn't stay cold. I defrosted the whole refrigerator (by unplugging it and putting pans of hot water in the freezer part) about 3 weeks ago and it worked great for a couple of weeks but now the frig part isn't as cold any more. I was thinking that it might be the automatic defroster that would cause that... but I wanted to get some feedback before I invest $80 in the part. The frig is only about 5 years old. What is happening in my loft?

We moved into our 35 year old bungalow 25 years ago. The previous owner had boarded the loft. About 10-15 years ago we laid a carpet over the boards. about six months ago I felt that there was a 6" square area that seemed to give a little. Recently that has expanded to about 18" square and I think I can detect another "soft" area somewhere else. I moved some of the clutter and rolled back the carpet so that I could access the bigger area and it seems that the fiberboard (or whatever it is) is a bit crumbly in that area and a fine dust (like sawdust) has dropped onto the insulation below. They normally get 6 foot long and are hard to tame. I have owned 6 Iguanas in my 17 years of owning reptiles and only 1 has been really docile. They are pretty aggressive herps. So I wouldn't suggest it unless you do TONS of research and have a big enough space for a full grown one, which the best space for it is a small room to itself. I would go with some type of monitor if you wanted to go big anything really is more docile then an Iguana.

Based on what you have wrote, I'd say you have some growing up to do. If you are 20, you don't get a free ride until you think you want to move out. I'm amazed when young adults think that free rent ect. is a right. My kids know they are independent and while I would be a safe landing pad in case of emergency, the house isn't for their convenience after they get a job and start their life. I have just done my 2nd round of Clomid and the hospital have been monitoring my progress closely. I have had a scan the past 3 weeks. The first week showed a cyst on my left ovary and the second week showed the cyst had collapsed. Neither scan showed a follicle. However, today on my third scan my left ovary still showed a collapsed cyst on my left ovary but on right follicle it showed a good follicle! I was having chest pain Sunday 5/29. I went to the ER and had blood taken, and they did an ekg and xrays. I was told that since I am 27 and early heart attacks do not run in my family that more than likely its not a cardiac issue. The ER doctor said everything looked fine and I wad released. How that can be possible, since the Roman Catholic Church is the reason why the Bible even exists, short of God Himself, is beyond me or any sensible and reasoning person. After these protestants took the Bible and butchered it like they have, how they can say we Roman Catholics don't believe in it, nor are familiar with it, is beyond me. I transfered from a jc in San Jose to San Diego State. GPA is important when transferring, so you'll have to do your best to raise it at the community college. I'm not sure how difficult it is to get into school in Oregon and Washington, but you could probably get into most California State schools with a 2.5, excluding San Diego State and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I know San Jose State has a respectable engineering program. Sonoma State isn't bad either. Good luck with that.

My english mastiff pup has a bump on her head?

my 4 month old female english mastiff has a bump, I have another mastiff who does not look near as cone headed as she does. I think it is her bone, not a growth, on the middle of the back part of the top of her head. It is very visable although I never even saw it when I got her and seems to become more and more pronounced as she grows. She has also had problems with diarreah that is getting a bit better now that she is eating large breed puppy food. The vet didnt think anthing of the bump. I keep thinking back to a cat I had years ago who developed a very similar lump, but she also had vomiting and weight loss, I took her to the vet and she had liver failure from an unknown desease and I cant recall the exact words of the vet but about the bump, but he said something like it was her bone but I should not be able to see and feel it like that, that it was an effect of her condition and something like, the ligimates or tissue had pulled away from it and that was why it looked that way.

I have been dating my current boyfriend for 7 months now. At the beginning of the relationship we had a long conversation on jealousy, and he expressed to me that he's never felt that emotion towards any of his previous girlfriends because he feels that it leads to irrational behavior and can consequently harm the relationship. I completely agreed with him on that part but he continued to say that he wouldn't even care if his exes slept with other people as long as it made them happy. When he first told me this I thought that it must have just been a way of protecting himself from his previously slutty girlfriends and unhealthy relationships by convincing himself "he didn't care". I thought that as time went by and our realtionship grew stronger, that he might feel differently towards me and maybe show some emotion when it came to feelings of jealousy. But he's repeatedly expressed to me that he doesn't care if i were to see other guys or even if I were to have ual relations with them because love has nothing to do with lust. I told him that his way of thinking concerned me because I'd certainly have a problem if he were to cheat on me and he ured me that he only wants my happiness and that he'd never do anything to hurt me. I just don't know what to think...I don't find it normal for a person not to care at all about their partner's relations with the opposite . I'm not saying for him to be a jealous nutjob but I just feel like his not caring about this kind of stuff is another way of saying that what's between us is not serious. I look to see what they stand for and their history. I never go by political ads. I asked my 4 year old grandson what he had for lunch at school, and he said he had "eggs and bread". He said, "I LOVE eggs and bread!". I asked him how they were cooked. He said they were boiled, and on bread. Of course at 4 years old, he is not very articulate-- but, I asked if they were like "poached eggs on toast", or like "eggs salad with mayonnaise". Will I win my SSI case?

I had a spinal fusion and it is healed. My facet joints have shifted due to arthritis. I have arthritis from T6 to L5 S1. I am also obese 264lbs. I also have tachycardia. The doctors can't keep my heart rate and blood pressure under control. I take 3 different heart medications, Fentanyl..which is 80 times more potent than morphine for pain, xanax and hydrocodone for breakthrough medication. I also take gabapetin and xanaflex..muscle relaxer. My current mri shows the fusion has healed but my back hurts everyday. Probably the fusion and arthritis causing the pain. My doctor wrote a letter stating I am unemployable for a minimum of 2 years if not permanently and my heart isn't at a functional level. I have been denied twice for ssi and that happened before my surgery. I now have a lawyer but she is worried because the new mri shows that the fusion has healed. I have depression as well because of the pain and my son has Autism. I know you can't predict the future but my hearing is on the 19th and I want to know what others think, will I get my SSI?

The other day when I was on the phone to my grandma I was really really upset about my mum and dad cause they are broken up. I'm a recovering anorexic/bulimic and have been in several eating disorder units all over the country since september and my cahmz worker said i was the illest patient she'd ever seen. I was really ill but ive managed to overcome it but im slipping back to my old ways...im getting discharged soon n im scared ill go back to the way i was before when i neva used to eat anything for weeks on end and i was also 5 and a a half stone and i ended up in hospital because of it. im scared to talk to anyone because im afraid they might keep me in the eating disorder unit that i'm in. i ws nasty and horrible when i was ill and i dnt want to go back but i can see myself slipping back like im missin out as much as i can and i make myself sick when i can. There are several things I don't agree with this list but I only want to mention one in particular. I think the Eagles should be number one. No offense to the Steelers because they did pretty good against the Titans but they didn't blow them out. The Panthers were a team that was considered to be AT LEAST decent this season and to be completely blown out by a team that isn't the Patriots or Steelers is kind of a big deal. That defense looked awesome and they could even reach Ravens and Steelers status. Spiritual confusion and need some advice?

Recently for no particular reason ( excuse my spelling im not a wrighter) i have changed. I was racist hatfull angry and emotionally blocked. Im 25 male married for 4 years two sons one with autism. I lost the anger that i have for no reason. i no longer hate like i did i can admit to my feelings and race doesnt bother me. i have this higher sense of being but still feel misplaced. i got laid off but have found work since so i cant atribute it to that. i was in the infantry,witch tought me to hide emotion. im not a good person i've lied cheated stolen destroyed, but i have also lost given things i truely could not afored to give. emotionly and financialy. so what the f is going on with me. i do sometimes fallback into my old self if only for a molment,quickly i relize my fault and feel almost dirty. ive lost most of my ual desire and become more emotionaly aware of how i view my wife. sorry if this post seem chaotic. thats how my mind has always been. any ideas on whats going on?

That's not to say that it's OK in God's eyes for women to dress like a man and vise versa. The Law, including the Ten Commandments were given in that day for people to live by, because Jesus, the Messiah had not come to be our intercessor to God. " No man cometh unto the Father except through the Son ". Also, the Law and the Ten Commandments were really not meant to be kept, or at least , God sent them to Moses to show man he couldn't save himself with a list of rules, do's & donts and such. We need the blood of Jesus Christ that He shed for us. He took our place on the cross, and by so doing, made a way whereby we ALL could be saved. God the Father, God the Son & God the Holy Spirit are ONE, therefore we are not polytheistic.
