Has this happened to you!?

I have just done my 2nd round of Clomid and the hospital have been monitoring my progress closely. I have had a scan the past 3 weeks. The first week showed a cyst on my left ovary and the second week showed the cyst had collapsed. Neither scan showed a follicle. However, today on my third scan my left ovary still showed a collapsed cyst on my left ovary but on right follicle it showed a good follicle! I know this is good news but just wondering if this has happened to anyone and if any of you led on to becoming successfully pregnant. Cheers in advance.
