Do any moms have any idea about what "egg" meal my K-4 grandson is talking about?

I asked my 4 year old grandson what he had for lunch at school, and he said he had "eggs and bread". He said, "I LOVE eggs and bread!". I asked him how they were cooked. He said they were boiled, and on bread. Of course at 4 years old, he is not very articulate-- but, I asked if they were like "poached eggs on toast", or like "eggs salad with mayonnaise". He said no, they were "boiled eggs on bread". I can't figure out what he is referring to. Maybe another mom of a preschooler knows what this "dish" is. I would love to make it for him. I will definitely ask his teacher tomorrow, but I am very curious now. Anyone have an idea?
