Forehead irritation with Scorpion helmet?

I have had this scorpion exo-700 for about 5 months now. The first 2-3 weeks were pretty good. But after that my forehead has become very sensitive to the materials used inside it. Whenever I take off the helmet now I have a square imprint on my forehead and it's red and irritated. I live in S. Fla. so a head sleeve is not possible. Has anyone had this problem before? Did you find a helmet that worked?
