Is Y-A going to allow use of INSULTING word "ersatz" when used as DIRTY substitution for Hebrew word "Eretz"?

The reason this Question is in Y-A Israel Travel Section is that THIS PROFANITY IS FREQUENTLY USED THERE BY ISRAEL'S FOES WHEN REFERRING TO THE LAND OF ISRAEL.
