Do any of the handheld HD camecorders double as a webcam?

I'm in need of both a Hd video recorder, and webcam. I am trying to figure out if any of them are able to be connected to your computer and used in real time for Skype, or to record directly to the computer. Examples of cameras in question, Flip mino, jvc HD, the Kodak one.
