Car Wobble and squeek?

Hi, does anyone have any idea what could be wrong with my car, it wobbles when i drive, just the car not the steering wheel, wobbles more when i slow down at traffic lights for example. and you can hear a squeek when driving. any advice welcomed. Thanks in advance
