What's the best thing to use to stick things on the wall?

i have posters & pictures i would like to stick on the wall, but i don't know what to use to make sure it don't leave marks or get the paint off a little. right now im using blu-tak but it leaves little black weird things on the wall when i take it off, makes my wall look scruffy! so should i carry on with the blu-tak or ?
