Need help translating from russian to english (In english letters) 8/13?

This is a personal letter from one Russian speaking person to another. It is obviously not addressed to you. Otherwise you would be able to understand it. Looks like you have obtained this message illegally and want to spy on someone. I am not a judge, but this is not appropriate. It would be OK if you asked to translate a certain phrase you did not understand, especially if it was a part of your Russian language ignment. In this case, it is evident you are trying to read a message that you did not obtain legitimately.
