I have these weird spells. Symptoms include: blindness, head tingling, and loss of mobility?

I lose my eyesight. Everything just starts to get blurrier and blurrier until I can't see. My brain tingles and suddenly feels like gravity is trying crush it. And I lose mobility sometimes. Usually only a little. But sometimes I can't move my arms or legs and I fall. These spells usually last 30 seconds. But I get them a lot. Help?
