Should doctors be penalized for refusing to perform abortions?

No, I'm pro-choice, but its their right not to refuse. They shouldn't have to do something that is against their own personal beliefs. They didn't go to medical school to be an abortion doctor.... and there are other doctors that would do the procedure.
