Is an iguana a good pet????

They normally get 6 foot long and are hard to tame. I have owned 6 Iguanas in my 17 years of owning reptiles and only 1 has been really docile. They are pretty aggressive herps. So I wouldn't suggest it unless you do TONS of research and have a big enough space for a full grown one, which the best space for it is a small room to itself. I would go with some type of monitor if you wanted to go big anything really is more docile then an Iguana.
