Can you help me find a replacement victorian style shower head?

Hi, I bought a bath shower mixer unit a couple of years ago from Argos, the shower head has started to leak and I'm worried about the replacement fitting nicely into the stand that's built in. Does anyone know where I can buy another VICTORIAN style shower head to replace the leaky one? Argos are still selling the model, item number 832/0627 if that helps, but I don't want to buy an entire new unit.
